Which one should I choose if it's my first time?
The favourites to start with are the relaxing massage, if you’re coming to switch off, and the relaxing & tension relief massage, if you’re also carrying tension. If you’re coming because of stress or with knots, we explain it all in more detail on its page. And if you’re not sure, book a personalised massage: we decide it together on the massage table.
What's the difference between tension relief and deep tissue?
The pressure. The relaxing & tension relief massage works with medium pressure: it releases tension without pain and you leave relaxed. Deep tissue uses firm pressure, designed for long-standing knots and for people who do sport. They're not the same massage, which is why they're listed separately.
How long is it and how much does it cost?
You can choose 55, 85 or 115 minutes, and there's also a 25-minute express. From €55 for the 55-minute session and €39 for the express; premium massages (deep tissue, sports, cupping, anti-cellulite) have their price on each page.
Can I come if I'm pregnant?
Yes, from the second trimester, with our Prenatal massage: a session tailored to your current body condition, in a comfortable and safe position. Let us know when you book.
Can I book for today?
Yes, if there's a slot. Online booking shows the real-time schedule for the day, and we're open seven days a week from 10:00 to 21:00. Afternoons fill up first; if you want to be sure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check straight away.
What if I need to cancel?
Give us 24 hours' notice and you can change or cancel at no cost. With less notice, or if you don't show up, the session is charged, because that hour was already reserved for you.
Do I have to undress completely?
No. The massage is always received in underwear, either your own or the disposable one we provide upon arrival, and the body remains covered with a towel except for the area being worked on. The only exceptions are the Feeling Woman Ritual, the Californian massage, and the Sensory Ritual (women only), which are received without underwear, using the same towel and with the same respect. We are a center of therapeutic massage and wellness, with a professional team: we don't offer erotic massages or accept requests of that kind.
Which massage do you need?
If you want to switch off and calm your mind, go for the relaxing massage or the anti-stress massage. If knots build up from work or bad posture, the tension relief massage or the deep tissue go straight to the problem. Into sports? The sports massage prevents injuries and speeds up recovery.
