These General Booking Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between MOON RELAX SPA SL and the user or client for the contract made through the forms that MOON RELAX SPA SL makes available on its WWW.MOONRELAXSPA.COM.
Booking through the MOON RELAX SPA SL websites implies the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user's navigation through the pages owned by MOON RELAX SPA SL.
These conditions will apply without prejudice to the application of the legal rules on the matter that are applicable in each case.
The General Terms and Conditions of Contract regulate the distance booking relationship between MOON RELAX SPA SL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Terms and Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
MOON RELAX SPA SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Such modifications may be made through its websites, by any legally permissible means, and will be binding for as long as they are published online and until they are validly modified by subsequent changes. However, MOON RELAX SPA SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Terms and Conditions of Contract in preference to these General Terms and Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely and proper manner. Users will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of contracting.
You can register as a website user to make an online reservation in the corresponding section of the website. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, MOON RELAX SPA SL informs users that the personal data collected during the registration and subsequent reservation process will be incorporated into the processing system owned by MOON RELAX SPA SL, for the purpose of processing these actions by the user and managing subsequent actions arising from them.
In accordance with the rights granted to you by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, as well as the withdrawal of consent previously given for such processing, by sending your request to the address mentioned above or to the email address hello@moonrelaxspa.com. MOON RELAX SPA SL informs that the booking procedure through its web pages is detailed in the corresponding section for formalizing the booking.
MOON RELAX SPA SL also informs that the user can access the terms of use available on the same website.
By booking with MOON RELAX SPA SL through its website, the user or client expressly declares that they know, understand, and accept these terms of use and the General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, the user declares that they are of legal age, or an emancipated minor, and have the legal capacity to access the MOON RELAX SPA SL website and to contract services through it. The user is responsible for treating the username and password obtained during registration as a client confidentially and responsibly, and may not transfer them to another person.
Once the reservation has been made, the user will see the confirmation of their reservation on screen, and can print it as proof of the reservation made.
The booking confirmation and the booking receipt (printed by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.
HOW THE RESERVE WORKS
Booking offer and price reference
In compliance with current regulations, and in particular Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, MOON RELAX SPA SL provides information on all available reservations, their characteristics, and prices in the corresponding section for booking. However, MOON RELAX SPA SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the offers presented to its customers through its website by simply updating the content. Therefore, the products and/or services offered at any given time by the MOON RELAX SPA SL website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in effect at that time. Furthermore, MOON RELAX SPA SL reserves the right to discontinue offering access to the aforementioned products and/or services at any time without prior notice.
Price indication
Each available reservation will display its price in euros and whether it includes VAT or any other applicable taxes. The prices shown on screen will be those in effect at the time of purchase. A 2% administration fee applies to purchases made through the website and is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
Availability
The availability of offers provided by MOON RELAX SPA SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although MOON RELAX SPA SL updates its database regularly, the reservation requested by the customer may be fully booked at that time. In such a case, MOON RELAX SPA SL will send an email to the customer informing them that the offer is unavailable.

Full payment at the time of booking
MOON RELAX SPA SL requests credit card details from the reservation holder when making reservations through its website, in order to formalize the reservation by charging the full amount of the invoice.
Reservation cancellation
MOON RELAX SPA SL has the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations and appointment changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: no refund or appointment change will be made.
No-shows without prior notice: no refund or rescheduling will be made, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In the case of appointments booked with a gift voucher, cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or absence without prior notice will mean that the voucher will be considered used.
Medical emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a medical emergency (either personal or involving a companion), the client must present an official certificate issued by the medical center or hospital indicating the exact time frame in which they were treated. This documentation will be reviewed, and only if validated will a rescheduling be considered. Important: If the documentation is not received within 48 hours of the missed appointment, no refund or date change will be issued.
There are non-refundable reservations and/or deposits.
Withdrawal
As established in Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the supply of services or goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Claim
If the user wishes to file a complaint, they must contact us via email. hello@moonrelaxspa.com or in writing to the address PLAÇA SAGRADA FAMILIA 10 6-1, 08025 BARCELONA (BARCELONA). MOON RELAX SPA SL also has official complaint forms available for consumers and users.
Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Furthermore, MOON RELAX SPA SL reserves the right to take any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for the misuse of its website and content or for non-compliance with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the service provider will be governed by the laws in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or resort to the ordinary courts, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and venue.
