Yes, if you focus on what bothers you most. In 25 minutes, we concentrate on one or two areas, without spreading the time across the entire body, and you'll notice the difference from the very first day. If you're looking for a full-body massage, choose 40 minutes or one of our one-hour massages.
What is the difference between 25 and 40 minutes?
With 25 minutes we can work on one or two areas, for example the back and neck, or the head. With 40 minutes there is time to work on more areas or to work on them more thoroughly.
Can I come in during my work break?
Yes, they're designed for that. We're in Gràcia, on the corner of Travessera de Gràcia and Sant Joaquim, and we're open every day from 10 am to 9 pm. We only accept appointments, so book your time online and come straight away.
Can they be gifted?

Can I add anything extra?
Yes. On each page you can add toppings to your massage before booking it or giving it as a gift.
How should I prepare for the massage?
Come as you are. The massage is always received with underwear on, either your own or the disposable ones we provide at the center.
