Moon Relax Spa Gift Voucher Policy
Our gift vouchers are a special way to give the gift of well-being, beauty, and relaxation. To ensure proper time management and a positive experience for all our clients, the vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Validity of the voucher
The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher itself.
After that period, the voucher will be considered expired and will not entitle the holder to the service or a refund. No extensions will be granted once the voucher has expired.
Exchange and change of treatment
The voucher can be redeemed for the treatment indicated on it or exchanged for another treatment of equal value.
If the chosen treatment costs more, the difference can be paid. If it costs less, the difference will not be refunded.
The voucher is not redeemable for money, products or other services other than the center's treatments.
How to book with your voucher
To use the voucher, book your appointment through our booking platform, via WhatsApp, or by phone, indicating the voucher code or details. Appointments are subject to availability, so we recommend booking in advance, especially on peak dates.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change the date or time of your appointment with a gift voucher, you must give at least 24 hours' notice.
If you do not notify us within that period or you do not show up for the appointment, the voucher will be considered used, with no possibility of further use or refund.
No exceptions will be made, except for medical cases with official documentation sent within a maximum of 48 hours.
Last minute bookings
If you book on the same day, the appointment cannot be changed or cancelled, as it is not possible to give 24 hours' notice.
Exceptions will only be considered for accredited medical reasons, with official proof within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Treatments lasting more than 2 hours
For treatments lasting longer than 2 hours, changes and cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, given the appointment booking required. Otherwise, the voucher will be considered used.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
The gift voucher is non-refundable, either in whole or in part, except in the cases provided for by law.
For online purchases, the buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the voucher has not been redeemed. You can consult the conditions on our Right of Withdrawal page.
5+1 Session Voucher. Terms of Use
A way to take better care of yourself, save money, and enjoy your massages regularly. This voucher is designed for clients who value consistency and self-care.
The voucher includes 6 individual sessions: you pay for 5 and the sixth is complimentary. Each session can be exchanged for any of the massages included in the voucher. If you prefer a more expensive treatment, you can enjoy it by paying the difference; less expensive treatments do not qualify for a refund. The voucher is purchased at Fresha and is valid once full payment has been received.
Sessions can be booked any day of the week, during normal opening hours, from your Fresha account. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
The voucher is for the exclusive use of the person who purchases it. It cannot be assigned, lent, transferred, or shared. Identification may be requested at the time of use to validate voucher ownership.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will be considered expired and cannot be recovered. No refunds or extensions will be issued once the voucher has expired.
Moon Relax Spa's standard cancellation policy also applies to this voucher. In case of cancellation outside the deadline (less than 24 hours) or no-show, the session will be considered completed. In case of a medical emergency, official documentation must be provided within 48 hours to reschedule the session without forfeiting it.
Legal conditions and fair use
Vouchers are non-refundable, either in full or in part, except for legally justified reasons. They cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or other services.
Moon Relax Spa reserves the right to cancel the voucher in case of fraudulent use or repeated non-compliance with the center's rules.
Purchasing the bond implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions, along with the center's general rules and privacy, reservation, and cancellation policies.
