Every visit counts, no sign-up needed
Every time you book an appointment on Fresha, our online booking platform, you accumulate points: one for every euro spent, automatically and without needing to register. You can see them in your Fresha account when you book.
Important: The program applies only to appointments you book and pay for through Fresha. It does not apply to gift vouchers, memberships, or purchases made through this website.
What you can redeem
- 250 points: fifteen minutes of complimentary head and facial massage.
- 500 points: half an hour free, choose between personalized back massage, relaxing facial massage or relaxing foot massage.
- 1,000 points: your tenth visit is on the house.
Your tiers
- New Moon: you earn points from your first visit.
- First Quarter, from €500 spent: a fifteen-minute neck massage as a welcome gift.
- Full Moon, from €900 spent: a half-hour welcome gift.
How it works
Points are earned with each appointment you book and pay for through your Fresha account, and are redeemed there upon booking. They expire after twelve months, and rewards after six. Points can be redeemed for sessions of €45 or more, one per appointment, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Appointments paid for with a gift voucher or membership do not earn points, nor does the purchase of vouchers, memberships, or gift cards.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a pack and a membership?
A pack is a set of sessions you pay for once and use as you go: the 5+1 Pack and the Weekly Routine. A membership is a monthly fee: Socia Moon gives you one massage a month and Socia Moon Plus gives you two, and both include priority booking and 10% off any extra massage or add-on, with no minimum term.
What massages are included?
The massages on the menu, up to €65, include: relaxing, tension relief & relaxing, anti-stress, personalized, and the rest of the standard range. If you fancy a premium massage (deep tissue, sports, cupping, anti-cellulite), you can enjoy it by paying the difference.
When do they expire?
The 5+1 Pack is valid for six months from the date of purchase. The Weekly Routine lasts one month, as it is designed for weekly sessions. Socia Moon and Socia Moon Plus renew every month and you can cancel whenever you like. Unused sessions cannot be carried over or refunded, so please book in advance.
Can I share it or use it with a partner?
No. Packs and memberships are personal and non-transferable, and each one is for a single person: you cannot use two sessions to come as a couple. If you want to come with someone, book a couples massage; and if it's for someone else, the right choice is a gift voucher.
How do I buy it and book each session?
From the button on each pack, which takes you to our secure payment platform on Fresha, or directly at the center or via WhatsApp. Then, book each appointment online from your Fresha account, choosing your massage and selecting your pack upon confirmation, and the session will be automatically deducted. If you have any questions when booking, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll assist you.
What if I can't make it to a session?
Change or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance and it's no problem. If you notify us later or don't show up, that session will still count as used, just like any other booking at the center.
How much will I save?
With the 5+1 Pack you pay for five sessions and the sixth is on us, so a €65 massage works out at around €54. The Weekly Routine is four sessions for €216, also €54 each. And with Socia Moon, on top of your monthly massage, you get 10% off anything you add.
