If you clench or grind your teeth, the intraoral massage of Moon Relax Spa, in Gràcia, Barcelona, it goes straight to the root of the problem: a treatment with gloves that works on the lips, cheeks, and jaw inside and out, reaching musculature that no external massage can reach.
This technique releases facial tension built up, improves circulation and relieves bruxism and its associated discomforts: jaw pain, jaw tension, headaches, and even neck discomfort.
Besides the relief, it has a visible aesthetic effect: by relaxing the musculature, the jaw softens and the face looks more more balanced and defined.

What's the pressure?
Whatever you need. Your therapist will ask you at the beginning and adjust it during the session. If you're looking for something deeper, the following might be a better fit: → tension relief massage or the → deep tissue massage.
What do I wear during the massage?
Always wear underwear, either your own or the disposable ones we provide at the center. The Californian massage and the "Feel Like a Woman" Ritual are performed without underwear, and this is indicated on your information sheet.
Can I choose a female or male therapist?
Yes, but it has to be when you book: choose your therapist in the "Professional" step or let us know at that moment. If you don't, and ask for it when you arrive, it can't be changed and the appointment would be lost.
How do I get into the center?
A few hours before your appointment you'll receive an access code by WhatsApp and email. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can start relaxed.
What if I can't make it?
With more than 24 hours' notice you can reschedule or cancel free of charge from your confirmation email. With less than 24 hours there are no changes or refunds, but you can pass your appointment on to someone else by letting us know.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, with our → gift voucher, which is valid for any treatment.
