How to book
Atendemos únicamente con cita previa. Puedes reservar tu cita a través de nuestra web, de nuestra plataforma de reservas online, por WhatsApp o por teléfono. Nuestro horario de atención es de 10:00 a 21:00, todos los días de la semana.
When you book, we will ask for your contact details to manage the appointment and send you confirmations and reminders. You can see how we process your data in our Privacy Policy.
Reservation confirmation
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation through the same channel you used to make the booking. We recommend that you review it and let us know if any information is incorrect.
If your treatment requires prior health information, we will send you a short form before your appointment. It is important to complete it so we can tailor the session and ensure your safety.
Pay
For bookings made through the website, payment is processed in full at the time of booking via a secure payment gateway. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Online purchases are subject to a 2% administration fee, which is clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
For bookings made via WhatsApp or phone, we will inform you of the payment method when you confirm the appointment.
Arrival at the center
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your appointment. It is essential to arrive at the agreed time.
In case of lateness, the treatment will be shortened proportionally and you will be charged 100% for the reserved time. For example, if you arrive 15 minutes late for a 60-minute treatment, the treatment will be performed in 45 minutes and you will be charged for 60. This policy also applies to any add-ons or extras added to the treatment.
Your stay at the center is governed by our Rules of Coexistence and Wellbeing, available on the website.
Changes and cancellations
Appointment changes and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service fee. For appointments booked with a gift voucher, the voucher will be considered used.

Group and event bookings
Group bookings, center privatizations and events have specific payment and cancellation conditions, which are communicated at the time of requesting the quote and prevail over these general conditions.
