At Moon Relax Spa, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. Here we explain, clearly, how your right of withdrawal works according to consumer regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
1. What is
If you buy a gift voucher or a product from our website online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without needing to provide a reason.
2. How to exercise it
Write to us within that timeframe at hello@moonrelaxspa.com, You can cancel your order by contacting us through our contact form or by replying to your order confirmation email, indicating your name, order number, and your decision to cancel. You can use the sample form at the bottom of this page, although it is not mandatory.
3. Refund of the amount
We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive your notification of withdrawal.
4. Exceptions (when it does not apply)
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:
Gift vouchers already redeemed, in whole or in part, within the 14-day period: by using the voucher we understand that you consent to the provision of the service and, once provided, the right of withdrawal is lost.
Services already received: treatments and massages performed are not refundable through this channel.
Appointment bookings: Changes and cancellations of appointments are governed by our Cancellation Policy (minimum 24 hours in advance).
5. Expired gift vouchers
The right of withdrawal only applies within 14 days of purchase. After this period, the voucher is governed by its terms and conditions and validity period (see the Gift Voucher Policy).
