2. OBJECT
This website aims to provide information about our wellness and beauty services, allow appointment booking, online purchase of treatments and gift vouchers, contact with the professional team and, where applicable, facilitate online payment.
3. TERMS OF USE
The user agrees to use the website responsibly, without affecting its operation, not to carry out illegal or fraudulent activities, to provide truthful data in the forms and purchase processes, and to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of MOON RELAX SPA, SL and third parties.
Hiring through this website is reserved for people over 18 years of age.
4. SERVICES AND PRICES
The services offered, their description, duration, and price are detailed on the website. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT.
Purchases made through the website are subject to a 2% administration fee, which is added to the service or voucher amount. This fee is clearly displayed and itemized before payment confirmation.
MOON RELAX SPA, SL reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already confirmed.
5. PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase on the website, the user must select the desired service or voucher, add it to the cart, complete their details, review the order summary with the complete final price (including VAT and management fees) and confirm the payment.
Once the purchase is complete, the user will receive an email confirmation. By making the payment, the customer expressly accepts these terms and conditions.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
Online payment is processed through a secure payment gateway using a credit or debit card. Other payment methods may also be available and will be indicated during the purchase process or in direct communication with the center (for example, for bookings managed via WhatsApp or email).
All transactions are processed through secure connections. MOON RELAX SPA, SL does not store customer card details.
7. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher itself.
The voucher can be redeemed for the indicated treatment or exchanged for another treatment of equal value. If the chosen treatment is more expensive, the client can pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the difference will not be refunded.
Gift vouchers are not refundable in cash, either in full or in part, once the legal withdrawal period has expired.
Expired vouchers do not entitle the holder to the service or a refund.
Corporate gift vouchers (voucher packs): Corporate packs (12, 24, or 36 vouchers) are purchased as a single unit and their price is not broken down into individual vouchers. Each voucher entitles the holder to one massage from the published selection. Once the pack has been issued, the value of the vouchers and any unused treatments is non-refundable, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for in section 9. The vouchers are transferable and the purchasing company may freely distribute them among its team or clients.

8. RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Appointments can be booked through the website, our booking platform, via WhatsApp, or by phone.
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will incur a charge of 100% of the reserved service fee. In the case of appointments booked with a gift voucher, the voucher will be considered used.
In case of delay, the treatment will be shortened proportionally and the full reserved time will be charged.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In distance purchases, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification, provided that the voucher has not been redeemed or the service provided.
The right of withdrawal will not apply in the legally provided cases, in particular when the service has been fully performed with the consumer's consent, or when it concerns services related to leisure activities with a specific performance date already booked.
To exercise this right, the customer can write to hello@moonrelaxspa.com Please include your name and purchase details. The refund will be issued via the same payment method within 14 days of notification.

10. HEALTH AND RESPONSIBILITY
Our treatments are professional, focused on well-being and not medical, and do not replace any medical treatment.
The client is responsible for informing the center, prior to treatment, of any relevant medical conditions: pregnancy, injuries, recent surgeries, allergies, or ongoing medical treatments. To this end, the center provides a health and consent form prior to the appointment. MOON RELAX SPA, SL is not responsible for any consequences arising from information not provided by the client.
The center reserves the right not to perform a treatment if there is an obvious contraindication, for the safety of the client.
Your stay at the center is governed by our Rules of Coexistence and Wellbeing, available on the website.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (text, images, logos, design, and structure) is the property of MOON RELAX SPA, SL or its rightful owners and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, or public communication for commercial purposes is prohibited without express authorization.
12. CLAIMS, APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any complaint, the customer can contact hello@moonrelaxspa.com. MOON RELax SPA, SL has official complaint forms available for consumers and users.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Contracts concluded electronically involving a consumer will be presumed to have been concluded at their habitual residence, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
13. MODIFICATIONS
MOON RELAX SPA, SL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will not affect purchases and bookings already confirmed.
