Question 1

What's the pressure?

Accepted Answer

Whatever you need. Your therapist will ask you at the beginning and adjust it during the session. If you're looking for something deeper, a deep tissue massage or a deep tissue massage might be a better fit.

Question 2

What do I wear during the massage?

Accepted Answer

Always wear underwear, either your own or the disposable ones we provide at the center. The Californian massage and the "Feel Like a Woman" Ritual are performed without underwear, and this is indicated on your information sheet.

Question 3

How often should I come?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you're bringing. If you're coming for tension or muscle tightness, the usual schedule is every two or three weeks until your body settles, and then once a month for maintenance. If you're coming to unwind, once a month is usually enough. At the end of each session, your therapist will tell you what they observe in your body. If you plan to come regularly, our packages and memberships make it easier.

Question 4

Can I choose a female or male therapist?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but it has to be when booking: choose your therapist in the Professional step or let us know at that time. If you don't specify and ask when you arrive for your appointment, it won't be possible to change it and the appointment will be canceled.

Question 5

How do I get into the center?

Accepted Answer

A few hours before your appointment, you will receive an access code via WhatsApp and email. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for a relaxed start.

Question 6

What if I can't make it?

Accepted Answer

With more than 24 hours' notice you can reschedule or cancel free of charge from your confirmation email. With less than 24 hours there are no changes or refunds, but you can pass your appointment on to someone else by letting us know.

Question 7

Can I give it as a gift?

Accepted Answer
