What's the pressure?
Whatever you need. Your therapist will ask you at the beginning and adjust it during the session. If you're looking for something deeper, the following might be a better fit: → tension relief massage or the → deep tissue massage.
What do I wear during the massage?
Always wear underwear, either your own or the disposable ones we provide at the center. The Californian massage and the "Feel Like a Woman" Ritual are performed without underwear, and this is indicated on your information sheet.
How often should I come?
It depends on what you're bringing. If you're coming for tension or muscle tightness, the usual schedule is every two or three weeks until your body settles, and then once a month for maintenance. If you're coming to unwind, once a month is usually enough. At the end of each session, your therapist will tell you what they observe in your body. If you plan to come regularly, it's easier with our [program/services/etc.]. → packages and memberships.
Can I choose a female or male therapist?
Yes, but it has to be when you book: choose your therapist in the "Professional" step or let us know at that moment. If you don't, and ask for it when you arrive, it can't be changed and the appointment would be lost.
How do I get into the center?
A few hours before your appointment, you will receive an access code via WhatsApp and email. We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for a relaxed start.
What if I can't make it?
With more than 24 hours' notice you can reschedule or cancel free of charge from your confirmation email. With less than 24 hours there are no changes or refunds, but you can pass your appointment on to someone else by letting us know.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes, with our → gift voucher, which is valid for any treatment.
